All sources say 2500 points… but no source say if that mean all +20 or all +15.
I heard somewhere that said that with DF KSM was updated to all +20’s… But dono if that is true or not
2500 rating is for Keystone Hero. It’s obtained by timing all keys in 15-18 bracket on both Tyrannical and Fortified weeks, I believe. There’s no “all keys on 15” anymore, it’s just that, a rating. You can have some keys on 15, and some on 20.
The old KSM is 2000 rating currently, it grants you the mount, the title and the achievement. That’s even easier to get.
The point was.
Do you get the mount by doing +15 keys or +20 keys.
Which gives the points needed 16 +15’s or 16 +20’s
You get the mount for 2k rating. Which is like level 14 keys.
2.5k rating gives the Mythic/ElitePvP Tier set glow transmog

I understood what you were asking.
You get the mount once you hit the rating, nothing more.
All 20s timed would be equal to around 2800 rating, you don’t need that if you aim for the KSM specifically.
Now that I think of it, even all 15s timed would be around 2.2-2.3k rating which is higher than KSM requirement

All 20s is 2720 rating.

KSH = 2500 = Around about 17-18 keys timed (both weeks).
KSM = 2000 = Around about 12-13 keys timed (both weeks).
Ofcourse there is room for change. Do a key higher in one dungeon, means you can do lower in another.
(Edit - to be on the safe side aim for the higher number, i.e 13 for KSM and 18 for KSH, cos I probably under estimated a little).
It depends. You can use my number above as a rule of thumb, However a 14 isnt automatically a 14 as strange as it sounds since the rating still varies depending how fast or slow you finish said key.
However you can massively cheese the rating requirements with SBG and CoS which are a lot easier than all the other dungeons.

Well, it’s hard to say so when you need the SPECIFIC SCORE. You see, you can time all 8 dungeons on +20 Tyrannical and get KSM without doing a single dungeon on forti week.
But my main point was… can KSM be reached with +15 or do you need +20.
That was all it was.
If it was updated to be a +20 only thing or if it was still available for people doing below 20
Yes, it can. Just check for yourself how high you can go. KSM this season is WAY EASIER than it used to be from my perspective.

To get KSM all you need to do is time every dungeon at 13/14 on both weeks
no need to go higher

I still had my azure vaults at like 5 when I got KSM.

You get the mount by KSM which is only 2000 rating, not by KSH which is only 2500 rating.
If you are solo and pugging, run your own key around 13 & 15 this week and next week by covering all dungeons (you need to run same dungeons on both Fortified and Tyrannical), post it with a title “bonus valor”, invite the people not less than 2200 rating, deal a little bit 40 - 50kish damage and you will be fine.

Hello! there is no anwer the way you ask it.
Its a rating system. That means you need certain amount of rating for achivments.
There is no "you need all +14 or +15 boths weeks. Its not a static system. A +15 complete differs from another +15 complete cuz it counts your time you managed to end the key too.
Example: +15 complete gave you 100 rating , another +15 in the same dungeon might give you 220 rating cuz you did a better time record. 
You can see in my profile how i got 2k rating. You can also see how +15’s gives me different rating.
