Her reasons make more sense in the book. The jailer had the valkyr show her afterlives but none of the ones that people reunited. This played on one of her worst fears - she would never see her family again. He manipulated her very well.
Wich can be fine, but they need to be built up. Thats why people liked garrosh alot and sylvanas too(until we found out nothing is her fault because her good part is being held hostage lol)
Fyrak or whatever evil angry dragon guy is called in the raid just never did much this expansion. And the jailer also could have been better given time if we actually saw him do some smart plots instead of retroactively claiming events to be his doing.
To have a good villain they need to build up its story. You cant have good bosses when fyraks lore is about deep or even less deeper than hogger and even acts dumber than hogger
I donât see any difference with Fyrakk to other descents into power hungry madness.
He consumed the Shadowflame and was corrupted by it. Just as other dragons before him.
Fyrakk and Raszageth are such scooby doo villains. Vyranoth had potential but became an ally. Iridikron is the only one left and I didnât even get to see the lore with that because itâs in a dungeon and tbqh I cba.
yep they were newly introduced, and not really fleshed out. Atleast they werent also responsible for every single big event like the jailer.
but they could have been much better. For example atleast throw in some minor cinematics of how they were wronged and them actually seeing the titans wrongdoings. With what we know now they basicly are just some thugs wich want to get revenge after being jailed with supposedly a good reason for revenge wich we actually see too little off

I also miss them dropping hints about big bads that we eventually find. I think they did that quite well with Xalatath, though. She is the only interesting villain for me rn.
Yep because she actually gets build up properly. We dont get a sudden info dump on her. We dont know exactly whats shes doing and shes atleast seen doing stuff since legion

An attractive woman who is actually held accountable for her actions and killed off.
No, really. Iâm not joking around. Sylvanas, Jaina, Vereesa, Alleria, Vanessa and various other female antagonists/villains have done some pretty horrible things only for their crimes to be hand-waved and forgiven for reasons that do not hold up under scrutiny.
The most bizarre was suddenly making Sylvanas into the victim after her horrific genocidal campaign against the inhabitants of Teldrassil. Iâve seen this phenomenon at play with Venat in Final Fantasy XIV, too.
As a gay guy, the whole âtee-hee arenât they so prettyâ deflection doesnât work on me and itâs very telling how differently someone like Priscilla Ashvane is handled compared to her more conventionally attractive counterparts.
Itâd be nice to have some stoic men refuse to back down and actually lay down the law for at least one of the women who has consistently evaded it like an eel in water.
I want a villain that isinât so black and white bad. But someone you can relate to. Garrosh was a good example of this

The whole story makes no sense, why did Sylvanas apologize? once you go to the shadowlands you see that is in fact a prison.
Should you not follow the rules your soul will be fuel for their machines, abominations or magic.
So the system is in fact a bit weird and it makes sense for someone to rebel, but we the player shut her down, she apologize, we get a new ruler in this weird system and happy ending? wait what?
One that will actually surprise you and you canât wrap your finger around what he is doing .
Iâm tired of cosmic apocalypse smash smash , or RAWR conquer world because I have no idea why .
Hell It could be fun to even turn out that we are the villains this time around .
Maybe even not a villain so much as anti-hero .
There are actually very interesting villains/anti-heroes in Japanese animes . Just pick something with 9-10 rating and you wonât miss .
someone that makes you want to wipe them out, someone thatâs straight up asking for a good slap, like Gulâdan and Arthas and Malfurion circa Legion, and vulpera and Gulâdan.

seriously, i get that you tried to recapture the spirit of Wrath with the tragic anti-hero ancients angle and Grizzly Azure Hills and all but, no, not feeling it
