Goblins in my opinion are high up there, They are basicaly Like super radical Captitalists/materialists and Are not stopping at anything to gain profit, Destroying enviroment,wiping out species of animals, Murders, Constructing weapons of mass destroction that Killed Thousands( example: Manabomb). Not to mention They most likely manipulate local economies with their capital, as Gold seems to be hard currency on azeroth and Goblins have Milions if not more. Also They were based on ferengi from startrek, so i guess This all makes sense. Technically worst race That is playable are Draenai, as Eredars are just extremist fraction of Draenai that Collaborated and joined with Sargeras, but they are still Same Race So it counts in my opinion. Eredar Wiped countless planet- archimonde is stated in the lore be be able to Burn away entire planets by himself, so this Fraction of Draenai basicaly commited Genocides on the Planetary scale who knows how many times.
