What profession combo as shaman?

I always been herb and alch combo. But its feeling meh (despite being decent). So im now wondering what combo to go as a shaman? Would enchanting and tailoring be okay or its a waste on shaman class?

Tailoring is definitely a waste on a mail class.
Myself I use Enchanting+Engineering for the personal perks and ability to enchant my own gear, as well breaking up unwanted gear.

How well does enchanting and engineering go? Thinking about mining mats for engineering.

Whats your thoughts on leathworking and skinning?

Enchanting is self contained, and will produce rare mats for other proffesions. Plus a lot more slots will get opened for enchants in SL.

And the Engi benefits is mainly self contained like Enchanting. Once Engi is maxed, theres little need to buy more materials as youd have already made much of what it can provide in old perks or new perks. A looterang, a mailbox and repairbots is extreme coniviences that is hard to live without.

Leatherworking gets thumbs down from me. The mats needed is not very valuable compared to ore or cloth drops. Looking at Blacksmithing, which comes the ability to make faster mount consumables, as well the ability to interact without dismounting, is something quite loved on my DK.

Thanks for the input. Gonna try out enchanting and engineering combo.
