What runeforge for unholy in PvE?

Hello ! I saw that pvp unholy dk are taking the regen of 6% runeforge, but I guess it’s not worth on PvE, am I Wrong ? So should I take the armor and carac 5% buff ?

And, can you confirm me, the armor and carac buff are consistent or is it a proc ?
Moreover, what are the carac that are increasing from the 5% ? Strenght ? All ?
