What the Cosmology Chart really is and how many pantheons there are

What do you think of this particular idea?

If we look at the Cosmology Chart and consider the following four things:

  1. Eonar is part of the “pantheon of order” and not “of life”.

  2. Light and Void are said to be two sides of the same coin.

  3. Sylvanas felt like a goddess of creation and destruction when holding a sample of Azeroth’s blood.

  4. We’re getting hints of Sargeras being in on what’s happening in the realm of death.

It would stand to reason that the chart is simply a clockwise repeating cycle of creation and entropy while there might be three distinct “pantheon” groups. The “life and order”, “disorder and death” and “light and void (yin/yang)”.

Creation starts with order and peaks with light. Entropy starts with disorder and peaks with shadow. Which is why the Emerald Dream and Shadowlands are on the opposite sides of this “clock”. Furthermore, this is why Argus the Unmaker is part of the pantheon of “death and disorder” and thus the enemy of the pantheon of “life and order”.

As long as Azeroth is asleep, this cycle will continue. Sargeras thrusting his sword into the planet was his last Hail Mary attempt at waking her up.
