I just finished watching Andor, and it only fuelled my hate for the Empire.
It also was a great show, the best star wars thing to come out of Disney.
I slaughtered my way through many Jedi and republic soldiers. Makeb I secured Isotop 5 for the imperial fleet. After the war with Zakuul was over I incoperated the alliance into the empire and gave them a boost. Not to mention killing Gnost Dural. Soon enough the Selkath will bend their knee too and Maanaan will subjugated as well. Glory to the Sith!

Technically they both are part of the order, after a fashion and technically Disney owns the IP so they get to say what is and is not canon. which (unfortunately) means that the sequel trilogy is canon. Early SWTOR imperial side was a masterclass on writing engaging stories, but it kinda ended after FE/ET for me.
disney dont get to decide what is canon. its not their story.
they own the brand, it doesnt mean anything. brand doesnt equal story if GL wrote it or approved it, its canon.
GL holds literally no sway over anything since he sold all of it.
