22:00. But expect it to be delayed. I would assume 00:00 or later😅
Why should it be delayed? P1 release was on 22:00 as well.
It will start at 21:00 GMT without restarting the server.
Which Hopefully means no need to relog.
Which means no queue if you are just online before tge release time.

Don’t forget you have the catch up buff active now.
These release times are so dumb. Might as well say it releases Feb 9th with how close it is.

we always get shafted in eu compared to US players, its the way it is
P1 was released 22:00, but it got offline 1 hour later. Then were offline for couple of hours. The first days were a bit messy and i except the same as all other launches🫡
They were? I recall after 10mins a dc and back to waiting line. But it was always playable. On Wild Growth though
