If you want to report it as bug directly to the developers you need to use the ingame bug report option in the EU as CS cannot assist you with this or forward it for you.

As was said CS cannot help you with bug reports, please do not spam them and cancel any active tickets about bug reports.
Try unequipping and relogging as Ellipsis posted.

You already have the maximum number of active tickets.
Its a bug, it happens a decent amount you just have to un / re equip until the number displays correctly. Should work at least until you log out once it’s fixed once.
