when will they just add race change ? what about class change ? what about faction change ?

They could certainly do this, except I’m 100% sure the prices would be reflective of the shop prices, except in gold instead of real $$
The obvious answer is that not many people were paying for the gender change with real cash anyways.
Race change however is definitely a lucrative source of income. I’m generally against WoW paid services but even I’ve done a few race changes in the past.
Same goes for faction change.
Class change? ew yuck.

The transmorphic tincture was already a thing so maybe a random goblin recently invented a permanent version. No scissors needed

It’s a war and you shouldn’t be able to switch sides almost as fast as you change your underwear.
If you are born a panda then you are a panda and if you have learned a certain school for example monk then you can’t all the sudden become a first class mage.
but what if i dont feel like playing the character i faction/race/class i carefully chose in the beggining of the game ? i should be able to do it. how dare you ask me to create new character and level it.
As opposed to when he changes you from bald to having a full head of hair was totally reasonable? Or when he changed your skin tone, posture, tattoos etc?
Those barbers are super talented, nothing they can’t do with a bit of goblin/gnome tech.

Well, lets be fair, Barbers did also perform surgery originally, in our real world, thats what the Barber’s pole represents, the red and white stripes, blood and bandages…

As long as racials are a thing with power tied to them it wont be a thing on the barbershop.
Character gender is trivial, it doesnt impact gameplay, and as pointed out was probably something no one purchased anyway.
There is only one thing I would like to want with the sex change → name change. It would be wierd for my rogue to become female and still be named Otis
