Warlock is more middle management then CEO.
The are quite good at commanding and extorting demons ( employees) but there are still so many higher demons he can’t control (higher management)
Naah, no way Warlock is the CEO.
The Warlock is the autistic guy working in some dark and dank room in the basement of some Large Organization. They barely have any social skills apart from their pets (Minions), but knows the laws inside out and can always find some loophole.
Alternatively, they’d be a Litigator. Summoning people and Binding their souls with contracts.

I think that demon hunters would make for great performers. Be it on the street, a concert or some live show. Helps that they’re also limited to 2 gorgeous races so they’d be even more popular
