I’ve being doing quest The Hidden Hand and read Neltharion Agent Instructions. It reads as:

Eliminate any dracthyr aspirants before they can complete the trials. Not even my own dragonflight is exempt.
Let nothing stand in the way of my creation!

So what’s that creation he wrote about? I thought dracthyr are his best creation. Apparently not?
