See topic I don't have BFA yet and I am just wondering what Legion Legendaries to buy for world quests and general content mostly. The Delusion of Grandeur (Shoulders) look interesting and I seen the Anger of the giants (ring) mentioned a bit. I am wondering about Sephuz's secret (ring) for the movement buff and the haste stacking too.
Raddon's cascading eyes and anger of the half giants was the go-to if you couldnt make good use of your second meta with DOG
Sephuz is better than Angers if you could proc it reliably

personally for open world i would always go for neck, as the shield would be helpful while you dont have meta form up. sephuz is also nice as chaos nova always procs it along with yoru normal interupt.
