Sometimes certain blizz decisions baffle me.
Why do we only have runes for crit and haste? You could have easily made 1 for every type of secondary but no, why?
What’s the logic here.

Blizzard don’t operate on logic they operate on rule of the cool 
But it’s not cool either so.
