Online at the same time before queue start to kick in?
Also… how does the queue work exactly? if i end up in a 10k queue… does that mean 10k playes HAVE to log out before i can enter?

It seems to be around 14 or 15 k concurrent players before the queue starts to kick in, I did a check the other day when I was still on Gehennas and I saw 13.5K players, not too long after I saw there was a queue.
And yes in your example, 10k would have to get out before you can start to play.
I heard that 20k is when queu starts.
15K, aka 5x the max of vanilla realms according to the devs and sort of confirmed with the amount of people in LFG channel command line.
