I don’t understand why Blizzard created an official Services channel in-game with zero protection against scammers!

Its unofficial gutter channel. So others channel can live in peace.
Blizzard dont have people for game support and you want support for boosting channel? 15days+ average time for ticket now a days.

scam protections are in place.
when buying ANYTHING outside of AH
1)Written agreement in official wow chat (wisper battlenet groupchat)
2) concise agreement. X WILL DO THIS FOR Y Gold at Z hour on A date
3) if anything happens and u paid and u didnt get what u paid for other party will get gold taken/banned for scam
What if I have chat in-game and in Discord?
He already blocked me in battle.net and Discord.
discord is a scam heaven and spyware app idk why ppl use it rofl

You said the conversation took part in game, that is reportable.
If the scammer is from an organisation and you verified the service via their discord you will need to complain to the organisation. Most of the big boost organising discords will not like their reputation being tarnished. However there are imposters and those people have no connection.
