When there’s no difference between them?
Am I blind or is there no difference? You might as well just get the lowest quality?

That’s 9 of low quality and 1 of the second quality.
It’s the same sell price.
You never know… the cloak might eat you alive or fly off in the most inappropriate situations!
Still think they overdid it a bit with their fuss of different qualities.
The only time I saw a difference was with the leg armor enchants, where a one star quality gives fewer stats than a 2 or 3 star one.
But honestly? The items in the OP don’t seem to differ at all, so it’d be pointless to have multiple versions like this. Maybe something to do with how you can level up Enchanting?

It seems that tooltips are bugged.
Yeah the higher ranks are better but the tooltips don’t reflect this (on the AH).
