Instant enveloping mist and vivifys?
You can send 2-3 (i forget) seconds casting enveloping mist or you could spend 1 second on gcd with soothing, then 1 second with enveloping then 1 second on vivify.
But also jade statue
It’s good when you need to dump healing into 1 target. Statue, Yu’lon, ReMist, SooMist, Coccoon, EnvMist, Vivify x3, refresh SooMist and EnvMist as required. Came close to 20k hps healing Kael’Thas last night, and I’m pretty sure he can’t benefit from Essence Font ticks 
Doesn’t last long at all, but it’s funny while it lasts, and could potentially keep a player alive under heavy fire in PvP, especially with the conduit to make Coccoon keep increasing HoTs after the shield has gone.
But yeah, if you’re planning to Vivify and switch to the next target, just hard cast rather than commit to 2x GCDs. Never use it unless your target needs at least two proper spells. If your target is only taking small damage, you’re better with intermittent heals vs gimping your mana regen by keeping SooMist up 
Soothing Mist has a 1 second GCD.

1 second GCD on Soothing Mist, and then 1.5 on Vivify and 2 seconds for enveloping mists. Not 1 second each.
you only use Soothing Mist if you plan on casting more spells at the same target, or if you are going to use enveloping mist. Never use soothing into a single vivify.
