as title says im sure i read somewhere its 1800 rating?
1800 for all the pieces that matter. 2100 for the last thing to make it appear as a set in your appearance tab, unless they’ve changed that.

2100 gives the most important pieces (head, shoulder chest (or legs idk anymore)).
You get those way before then. The last real set piece is unlocked at 1800 rating with the only reason you don’t get to see the set in the appearance tab before 2100 being the cloak.
nobody wants the cloak and ive accepted im not going to hit 1800 dont know no healers and ive on a dh friend.
1800 for everything but the cloak and 2100 for it to be in your wardrobe as a “whole set” which includes a not so matching cloak.

I’ve got that, do i have to buy the elite set somewhere or do i just get it in my tab?
I would have played with you to try and push to 1800 with you if you werent a no good stinking horde
