Hi,

Yes.
SoD has drawn players away form their normal servers… So right now, you will encounter a longer wait time to get into dungeons or raids… This is one reasons the follow dungeons needs to be implemented into the lower levels and classic gaming system.
What are the follow dungeons?
With server population dwindling… this follow dungeon option would allow those servers whom are lacking players to allow solo players to enter and experience dungeon’s that’ve never done before. This all started during WoD at the Garrison where you followers can help fight or protect your garrison. Blizzard tested this during Dragonflight, But this should be implemented into all facets of the game. Lets supose that your in line for a dungeon, and wait 30 mins… if no one shows up, you automatically throw into a premade type group consisting of the followers listed at the link.
I don’t want any retail trash coming to any form of Classic.
Answer is not Retailification. Is guilds!
Playing on Nek’Rosh and I can tell you that I see people everywhere around the world, LFG chat is full and I never had any issues grouping for any kind of activity.
I actually have same experience - of course a bit hard if you play 10 am to 2 pm or middle of night but else fine
It’s dead. Dungeon groups above level 40 don’t exist, no pugs happening, only 1 or 2 guilds are left per faction and judging by how many die and quit they won’t be clearing naxx most likely either.
Oh and ah is dead too, consumes are worth 2 to 3 times more than they were a few months ago
I don’t know where you are playing but on Nekrosh dungeon and raiding scene is vibrant… oh and waiting time for raids, makes me think you dont even play heroic but are just a troll
Totally agree - at least the dungeon part. Not yet 60. But the number of players in BB when Buff, and the number I see with Chronoboon tell me many raiding too.
We consistantly have over a hundred people online in our guild, at peaktimes we go to 400 sometimes, mostly <40 because them slackers keep dieing but a lot of dungeon running going on
Maybe Horde side is alive and vibrant (Nek’Rosh). I did a /who rampage across all dungeons and raids on Alliance side Wednesday evening. No one was raiding, most dungeons were empty, no dungeon had more than one full group in it, and in fact some of them had not even that.
As of this posting moment, there are 41 60s online, and only five of them in a dungeon. In other dungeons I can find two groups in SM, one in Gnomeregan and half a group in WC.
It’s not dead, but it doesn’t exactly hold the promise of raiding. Unless there are some guilds full of raidloggers, I suppose.
You lie: 1 h. ago allyside we were also one group in either Zul’farrakh or Maraudon. You just pull numbers from thin air.
PS. I play ally on Nek’Rosh, so what i Said
is based fron there.
I will respond civilly once. I may have missed a dungeon or two, but not both of those. All I have at my disposal is /who, and I reported what I saw.
Right now that is (player count):
Deadmines: 0
Shadowfang Keep: 0
Stockade: 0
Wailing Caverns: 0
Blackfathom Deeps: 0
Razorfen Kraul: 0
Gnomeregan: 0
Scarlet Monastery: 10
Razorfen Downs: 5
Uldaman: 0
Zul’Farrak: 11
Maraudon: 0
Sunken Temple: 0
Blackrock Depths: 0
Blackrock Spire: 0
Dire Maul: 0
Stratholme: 0
Scholomance: 0
Any raid whatsoever: 0
You missed ONE is what I said: either/or as went from one to other immediately. I don’t know exact timestamp.
Know what - is Friday night People out boozing.
Also today - first day this week no ZG buff in BB - same reason WoW HC players dungeoning and raiding are young ones, not old like you and me
ADDED: If you measure activity of HC on endgame you sure to miss mark. You see how many make level 60 every day? And then you see measly 41 online of level 60 They all busy leveling alts.
Also tell me when is raid lockout reset? Surely not Saturday.
Many only make dungeon with guild. And as lack of tanks and even more healers is bigger problem in HC (They are two not many play from start and die more) sucess of HC should be measure by people playng – not people dungeoning. Maybe even better measured in people going again.
i would say HC is currently inactive
The AH as today 20h (UTC)
Stitches:
A: ~20000 Items (round about 500k items before SOD Launch.)
H: ~14500 Items
Ne’krosh:
A: ~ 11200 items
H: ~9300 items
in the 3 minutes since you put this up 65 items on AH sold - Nek’rosh Ally side.
Now 5 mins - 136 sold.
I see number go up and down all time.
One (good) reason for lower number is not zillion stacks of one items but sensible stack sizes.
Exactly. I feel that most people who use the AH activity and prices as a reference for the activity in HC, fail to understand how basic economy works.
In HC is more common to find more lower level characters than higher level characters. As such, there are more lower level items, which as a result leads to lower prices as there are more characters to demand and consume them.
On the other hand, since there are far less higher level characters, high level items are rarer to find and the demand and consumption of them is also lower, which leads to higher prices.
HC socio-economic environment is very unique and it cannot be compared with that of the “actual” servers.
I don’t know where you get that information. On Alliance side there are definitely more than 1-2 guilds. As a matter of fact there are new guilds sprouting and advertising every so often.
LFG is full with requests for 40+ dungeons.
As for the AH prices, just check what I mentioned above.
