What's up with (auto)action targeting?

Since comp stomp started it’s been off.
It targets minions and small mobs that it never did before.
Also slightly annoying to see bot minion life bars in comp stomp, no big issue this it’s a one match per day for a limited time but why can’t it obey my settings? I turned off all minions and small mob life bars. Why does it ignore my settings?

Is this a patch bug or something?
Make the autotarget back to enemy players only.
No minions ever.
