What's up with Precognition? Let's Talk Ideas!

Hey WoW crew!

I’ve noticed Precognition is causing a bit of a stir in PvP, so I wanted to bring up a few points and get your thoughts on it.

  1. Protection time only during casting: So, what if we cut down that Precognition from 4 seconds to just during one spell cast? Just to avoid the whole “Boom!” immune to everything for 4 seconds while casting. Might add a bit more strategy from both sides.
  2. Let’s add some cooldown: Having no cooldown seems a bit much, right? I’m thinking maybe give it some kind of “refresh” cooldown after use. So, it’s not Precognition all the time.
  3. Counter after a proper interrupt: And here’s an interesting thought – what if we had some sort of counter to Precognition after a successful interrupt? Because when two guys interrupt at the same time, the second one always triggers Precognition.

I want to hear your ideas, maybe something will come up! PvP is a key part of WoW, and Precognition is shaking things up a bit. What do you all think?

Precognition is fine as it is. The only change I would make is to make it baseline for all casters, until melee CC is pruned.

Why are people even still running that one
No one kicks people anyways, most healers just free cast all games and casters too and no kicks
You can easily get away with not running it because people have been brain washed by precog to never kick

Reduce the amount of absurd interrupts and mini ccs. The only reason it exists is because melee have so much interrupts its frustrating.

It would be cool if casters doesnt need to embleish this :slight_smile:
Kepp in mind that casters doesnt do any dmg or healing while trying to fake cast. :slight_smile: And you can interrupt offgcd, even if you have no energy… or anything what melees use. :slight_smile:
