Why is every loading screen, Vanilla, TBC, Wrath, MoP, Legion BFA the same dwarf on a Gryphon? Is this one of your bugs again???
It’s the original generic vanilla loading screen. It’s probably used as a placeholder/emergency loading screen when there isn’t an appropriate one.

There use to be an orc version as well 
that one was way way better.
Some say he’s still flying to this day, looking for someone to smack with his hammer.

This is true. It is a placeholder loading screen. When game for some reason can’t find proper loading screen it uses that one with a dwarf. There is just something wrong with loading proper loading screens.
Other’s say he’s been hitting bugs with his hammer and still has no future outlook on his retirement date!
But all we know is, it’s called The Bug!!
