They work. Just because you don’t get a reply doesn’t mean they don’t work. Nor does it mean things can instantly be fixed. I know it can sometimes feel like throwing a note into a bottomless pit.
People who played warrior in Legion will know about the order hall disconnect bug that happened a few times a week. It took Blizzard 6 months to fix that issue. Submitting a bug at least 3 times a week for the same bug for 6 months, and that was just from me. I’m certain there were plenty more warriors who reported the bug but it still took Blizzard 6 months to fix such an obvious bug like getting disconnected on a regular basis for using the Order hall jump and then falling from the sky of up in north-western Azsuna upon re-logging. I’m sure happy that I was a warrior so I could heroic leap when I got close to the ground so I didn’t die every single time it happened.
We also have the wonderful “Fly like the wind” Kirin Tor quests which would regularly bug out because if you didn’t dash/fly in the EXACT location that Blizzard had created, you’d be taken back to the last checkpoint. Actually even if you did fly in the EXACT location, you’d still be taken back to the last checkpoint because the quest/quest path was bugged. I think I stopped reporting the bug on a daily basis after 3-4 months because I knew Blizzard just didn’t care about the game. Sure the quest “stopped bugging” once flying was out but that still took a while, and since it was doable when flying, they just rolled with it and it’s probably still bugged to this day. I know it was still bugging out when I tried it one last time somewhere in BfA pre-patch.
