Whats your favorite kind of cheese?

Cheshire for me - crumbly :+1:

Ordinary pizzas usually have cheap, not-so-good mozzarella. The more elaborate ones often use the mozzarella di bufala, much tasty than the simple mozzarella .

Boursin , baguette Délicieux !!

Gourmet Tauren. But yeah, I’m a fan of good and meticulously prepared food with rich flavours. It’s quite the delight for the senses.

And yes, Parmesan is awesome. Especially on spaghetti with meatballs and tomato sauce…

Try sheep and goats cheese with honey. That’s how they like it Over in Greece and Turkey the sweetness really compliments it well and remove that edge found with those cheeses.

I like goat cheese rolls, with tint of salty flavour, and cow milked interior. Popular cheese in France. Works well with pink wine.

Other cheese I like is Dutch typed hard cheese with green spices and chilli pepper. Works nice with white wine.

With red wine I like softer and milder cheeses.

Vegan cheese.

Dairy cheese is not worth the suffering and death of any sentient being.
