Mine would be a toss up between two… The Death Knight starting zone, The Scarlet Enclave / New Avalon in Eastern Plaguelands… And then Azuremyst & Bloodmyst Isles for the Draenei.
I never grow tired of completing these zone. Come to think of it, these zones are polar opposites… The Draenei are trying to help survivors from the crashed Exodar, as well as efforts to mend the land & helping locals from the harm caused by the crash… Where as the Death Knight starting zone is all about death, destruction & chaos. 
What starting zone is your favorite & why?
The forsaken, it’s ultra cool both in the classic and retail versions.

Eversong Forest for sure. I love TBC-era quest design (an unpopular opinion) plus the zone is beautiful, the architecture is fantastic and the music is pristine.

Teldrassil. It was my first ever starting zone so there’s the nostalgia factor, but also the music, the scenery, etc.
But I also like the BElf and Forsaken starting zones.
If the answer isn’t Mulgore, I don’t wanna hear it!

I hate those two lmao although the story is great the replayability not so much. I love Elwynn Forest.
Exile’s Reach and Gnomeregan.
I used to like Mulgore (in Vanilla), but leveled through it too many times, got bored of it way before Cata. I don’t even know what Cata changed there, haven’t leveled there since mid-WotLK. The rest? Nah, never liked them.

Original Tirisfal. Then it’s DK/DH/BE zones, in no particular order.
Coldridge Valley was the first WoW zone I ever experienced so I’ll always have a soft spot for it.
I think my favourite though might be the DK starter area.

For me it is definitely the pandaren starting zone its music the story about helping a gaint island turtle removing a alliance airship from his shell was pretty good and i also like the zone how it looks
My absolute favourite is the Blood Elf starting zone. Even though it’s never been updated I always run through every quest, love that place.
Exile’s Reach is a really nice starter, very modern. Although you do have to turn the tutorial mode off 
That’s my one problem with it.
I personally like the undead starting zone, was my first ever zone i did (on my undead warlock)
Oooooh it has to be old school Deathknell purely because I remember my best friend of the time showing off his mage and we quested together as wee little nooblets.
Tirisfal Glades was the beginning of my wow adventure I didnt even know about the alliance for a long time aha
