I’ll start it off, I’d have to say my most prized mount would be the Unobtainable X-53 Touring Rocket

The Blazing hipoggryph , big battle bear also called red bearon , my fav ground mount white riding camel and also the riding turtle.
For me, the Jewelled Onyx Panther. It took a fair bit to make, scales well with the larger races (my Tauren chars don’t look silly on it) and no matter what mounts I use now and then I find myself always going back to it.

The mounts I use the most aren’t even rare. I use the Goblin trike and the turbo charged flying machine almost all the time.

Hummm. I do have favorite mounts but idk if I’d call one ‘most prized’. Maybe it was the Vicious War Spider in S1, because we got it together with our rbg group so it was nice

Any tiger model mount. Sure I got some rare mounts but who cares. Tiger models are better than anything else I have in my collection!

Definitely The Emeral Drake mount from the Awake the Drakes achievement.
Hardly used as it’s too big for many places, but it was a long painful process to get and was definetly a great satisfaction receiving it.

The Red KSM mount from Shadowlands.
I have other favorites on other classes ofc.
Paladin (Blood elf) The class hall horse.
Shaman (Orc) The Tol barad mounts, Lightning drake and spectral wolf.

I put a lot of effort into getting the brutosaur, to beat the clock. I don’t regret it.
Judging by all the threads raging about the feldrake, quite a few people seem to care about this stuff I’d say

On the ground I use Rooster 
and Alpaca 
mounts the most, even tho they are really common I still love them, gnome looks really cute on them. In the air, depends, which button I wan’t to press today 
True, my personal take is that I won’t even use it. We are going into DF after all and it isn’t a dragonriding mount so it’s useless

Lil’ Donkey.
I usually go for a more RP vibe and that mount seems to suit alot of my characters.
Rarest mount Ive got is the original Brewfest one but he is sadly low res and kinda clunky looking.

Does it still use the regular horse sounds? I was very happy when it randomly dropped for me, thought it would fit a couple characters perfectly, but the fact it didn’t sound like a donkey really ruined it for me 
Unpainted Mechanostrider i guess. I never see anyone ride it, so it must be rare right? Feels good to gloat using that mount.

I use my Lucid Nightmare mount alot, started to get it a while ago and gave up in the maze. Tried again during lockdown when i had more time and got it, that maze was hard, but the mount is nice.
If you mean with “most prized” the rarest - I would say Timewalking dragon
If you mean the coolest/you like the most or use the most - Archeology Moose mount, BFA Darkshore Bear and in 5 days the best one - Nazjatar Achievement crab

100 rep mount. That was a slog. Nimrhys always rides a unicorn in every game she exists! This one is the perfect colour.
I mostly use White Polar Bear as ground mount. Not that rare but I’ve always loved that one. For flying I use one of my proto drakes, the green one mostly. Funny thing, both of these are from Wrath era and I got them when Wrath was current expansion
