I wouldn’t do it myself, but it doesn’t upset me if others do it.
I buy alchemy mats off the AH for my phials and pots rather than farming the mats myself. There’s a difference in scale, obviously, but the principle is the same. If doing a thing in game is too difficult/tedious/depressing/whatever, but I still want to get it done, I have no problem with paying others gold to enable it.
On one hand I don’t really care how someone gets something in a video game, on the other I would ban any form of paid boosting (even if it is “just” gold). Also to me people buying boosts fall into the same category as people who use steroids to gain muscle; it is their own loss.
