my build focuses on passive crit chance (22% with daggers) and +5 hit chance since i missed quite a lot of attacks on players and mobs (lvl 42+), +30% crit on muti/back and

PvE results are amazing, PvP acceptable, if you apply shadow oil on weapon even better, because still triggers poisons thanks to deadly brew, but shadow oil is bit expensive and in pve does not work with wind fury / wild strikes
