Test this spell guys. Its been bugged for months and BLizzard ignores it.
Test your tooltips in-game and test the damage it does on Dummy, Creeps and PLayers alike.
It does 70% less damage than it should. I’ve reported it many times but no response.
At me it says (Inflicts 4308 damage over 4 seconds) While in reality it does only (1580 over 4 seconds)
Who else got this problem please test as well and submit as a bug!
