Just an important note to anyone who might want to cancel their sub due to horde que times. Remember to explain if the reason youre unsubbing is the long bg ques of the horde. They have really nice checkboxes and free text box for that.
This will give them concrete evidence to show in their powerpoint or w/e prolly outdated presentation methods they use that the subs are down because of this issue and after that they can take action.
Heck, you could even cancel even though you wouldnt intend on stop playing, you can always resub, Blizz wants money duh. But then youd also get a message through with an actual measurable method cause lets be honest here, Blizz prolly wont start doing sentiment analysis on forums or anything more sophisticated to conclude that the bg ques are costing them money.
Yes, and? I think youre confusing cancellation of subscription with not subscribing anymore when the game time ends. I am surely convinced that the survey I just filled goes to fuel a larger data based decision making process they (like any company nowadays) are doing. If you multiply this you start to make a difference in that decision making process, aight?

I just think the whole topic of people complaining about their own choice ridiculous to be honest and if you put as much effort into ways on how to complain into levelling a character you would be max level by now.
I’m pretty sure they look at number of active accounts, cancelling the recurring sub just to fill in the survey and then manually resub each month might not have the effect you want.
The best way is to get the attention of Blizz so they can implement the best solution available in their opinion. Not to fight here which solution would be the best, we arent the ones making decisions here.
I really dont understand what difference would my answer make? But yeah if I did that it wouldnt be resolved, I am a single player and as ive understood, this game has multiple players. Although wouldnt the problem be solved with merc mode? (And now this is the point where I hope you realize how pointless this question war youre trying to setup would be)
So it is a readily available solution to your problem but yet you don’t wish to do it because it will take time.
No Merc mode wouldn’t do it, it would further entice people to go horde even more as now there is zero downside as you can enjoy your racials and have insta ques. You only further increase the disparity between the two factions
Plus win trading etc would probably come into play as well.
