Usually it was just after RWF but now it looks like Blizzard doesn’t care and is focused on next expansion.

I heard that rets will get hammer of doom next tuning, rets throw his hammer with speed of light and if it hits you it will kill you and all your alts and you lose 250 rating

Awc is comming up soon. I am fairly certain the next time we see changes is after second week of awc when rets dominated there.
Really would love some damage spike adjustments for most dps speccs , voidweaver disc nerfs and rdruid buffs. Than they can go and work on midnight :>

Been playing this together with a prot warrior in 3s the other day. Prot gives +15% damage taken debuff on one target + MW debuff 25% more damage taken. Games usually looked like this: https://youtu.be/xzHpdfMxnyc
I think my highest was 8.7m Demolish and 8.9m Mortal Strike. I would have to check details for exact numbers but it was around these numbers.
I don’t know why the quality is so bad btw, i haven’t bothered figuring it out yet either, but i guess i will at some point.

Focused on the next expansion ?! If only! Every patch is released half-baked first of all. The only thing they are focused on is ‘hyping’ the playerbase and selling the xpac. Upon the release of the xpac, whatever is bugged (there will be bugs ofc), they will take a lot to fix.

Imagine there is issue or bug with microtransaction shop, how fast they gonna fix that?
I asure you they will do their best so customers have smooth and plaesant experenece, will work nightshifts even until its fixed. Actualy company will be under lockdown no one exits until fixed from jantitor to CEO.
blizzard really need to sort their priorities toward quality of products, balancing shoud be more frequent and agressive if need.
