When do you expect the pre patch release date?

As far as I know the mighty caravan brutosaur gonna be removed in the pre patch. What do you expect for the release date?

A leveling frenzy and a lot of new level 1 characters being made. :yum:

And busy times at the barber shops.

A month before release imo so expect july~august at the earliest, November at the latest.

I would plan for July if I were you, better safe than sorry

I’m expecting it in late November. Maybe a little later.

Edit: Now I’ve realized that there is what in the title, not when.
So I guess some scenario or event like we had in previous two xpacs.

Now I am super cofused what you asked there, wheter you’re asking for assumptions for the release date, or what content we will get.

Pre-patch: I expect August/September.

Release of SL: November.

They already said there will be no pre patch if you didn’t know. Straight into Shadowlands 9.0

Nope you’re misunderstanding something

There’ll be no 8.3.5 (which should be what you meant in your post)

But there’ll be a pre patch, another scourge invasion similar to what we got in wotlk. And that’s patch 9.0.1, with all the classes and leveling changes, but not the shadowlands content.

if its release is the same like warcraft 3 then probably 2021 even if it says 2020

Can you a link a post that confirms it? From what i’ve heard, BfA is over and we will be heading into Shadowlands content right away.

There’s always a prepatch. It allows players to download the bulk of the main shadowlands patch before the initial release.

It will also more than likely set us up for the new leveling/zone experience. Don’t know if we’ll see the level squish in prepatch or the release, but they usually always do a prepatch or sorts. No confirmation just remember it for every expansion I’ve played since the release of wrath.

The prepatch scourge event was announced at blizzcon and pretty much every expansion was released this way.

BFA pre patch (8.0.1) was released the 14th, brought the class changes, warmode and the war of thorns event while BFA started mid August iirc

Well the BFA pre patch was called 8.0.1 so I guess they’ll use the same format for SL.
