When is 9.1 hitting?

Does anyone know how much time we have to achieve our 9.0.2 goals before 9.1 resets us? February? March? Any ideas?

Nothing official as far as I know. February is probably a bit too optimistic considering the PVP season has only been active for around a month. Historically and lately PVP seasons last ~15-20 weeks with two weeks break in-between. So I wouldn’t expect it until mid to late March at earliest.

We reach Renown 40 (current max) around late February, and that’s about the right time for a patch, considering the patch timers in past expansions.

We did, however, have some news on a patch by this time previously, so it might be a bit late.

Lucky guess with a little conspiracy theory…
We have 40 renown levels…we get 3 each week…and we have 24 till now…we need another 16…and we will hit 40 …March 9, since from the other week we will get 2 points per week.
I’d expect it after that.

In a while hopefully, a lot of people like myself pug and with this raid being hard alot of people have only just done normal or lower HC. We need time to get that curve.

This assumes we will get 3 renown a week. Do we know where we get renown from now? 1 for anima. 1 for souls. 1 for? (since campaing is done)

Also, u remember how people calculated end of BFA with cloak ranks? And even without SL delays we had weeks/month(s) of “no content” bfa?

Anyway, i heard/saw that may should be it, but nothing oficial so might be anytime realy…

Ooooh, right. I am stupid. No campaign, so we’ll be only up to 2 per week. That changes things.

And calculating an expansion end is different. Expansions obviously take much longer to make than patches.

Yea well we might get something to keep it at 3 renown per week, no idea what tho.

Blizzcon is this time next month, they’ll for sure tell us then.

My personal guess is middle/late march, purely for competitive purposes. I take note that games often release in march due to my birthday coinciding with a lot of release dates (happy me) so it would make sense to me, money wise, to release a patch then to make people still want to play whilst playing all the new fandangled things.

I’m not asking this because I want new content. On the contrary, I’m 223 ilevel atm on my main and would like to see how long I can stomp in PvP with that gear before Blizz resets me.
