I think its pretty obvious that they are for gearing alts with cheap blues. Not mains.
indeed, but u get 197 from covenent and pvp in like 2weeks
You still have to slug through the campaign, and those blues makes it much faster.

even selling 151ilvl is profitable on my realm cant even imagine 168s.
With the insane rep grind for an item that is not all that useful for anything other than a complete fresh lvl 60, i’m not going to bother getting it on all my crafter alts that’s for sure
i cant even think on why to buy those lol
