Cleared the raid normal three times and heroic 7/8 three times, I haven’t had a single tier item drop for me. All 3 pieces I have has come from the weekly vault where I had to sacrifice really good alternatives. In fact the only item I have won in 6 clears of the raid was a normal mode off piece helm with terrible stats that I took for transmog as nobody else wanted it.
Would not mind if Boomkin 4 set was not 14% dps or something insane.

I read somewhere it is coming next week.
They pushed it one week earlier or something.

Week starting 23rd is when we are due to get the catalyst.
I know there is some confusion with a wowhead article stating it’s coming out a week earlier.
I’ve not seen a clarification so far to say which is correct but I guess we’ll find out soon enough. No one is going to be upset if they bring it forward a week.
