When is the next character change sale?
Maybe around Christmas. Nobody knows for sure.
How should anyone of us know? We can only guess its tied to aniversarys or salesperiods as christmas or summer etc.

My uncle told me next week
End of November to tie in with America’s capitalism day Black Friday but there might be a sale before then as they do seem to be having them pretty regularly at the moment.

No one knows but the relevant people, and these will only be announced when they happen. From past historic sales they occur around traditional sale days like Christmas etc.

You can guess from holidays. Probably some form of sale at Halloween, though I am guessing thematic things only like cats and maybe a new mog… Thanksgiving and then Christmas. If they do any new classxrace things in the next patch then some time after that there is likely to be a sale on race/faction change.
