They reset every Wed and Sat at I think 8pm server time, but they rotate between different ones.

TLDR they work like this:

You have 2 zones, Uldum and Vale of eternal Blossoms. For the week (wednesday - wednesday) 1 is under a MAJOR N’zoth assault, and 1 is under a MINOR assault. The MAJOR one takes a full week to go through, and the MINOR one changes in the middle of the week (saturday at 9 pm).

For Mogu to be up, the MAJOR one has to be in Uldum, and the MINOR one has to be in Vale.

On the main wow page you can look at what is currently up. Just remember to select EU and BFA from the options.

It says

Major July 20- July 27

And minor next Wednesday to Saturday

Did I get that right? I’m a bit confused with the schedule so just need a confirmation.
