When Opportunity Explodes doesn't appear for me

Hey!

I can’t seem to receive the ‘When Opportunity Explodes’. When starting the game in the new patch I didn’t get any quest. Renzik “The Shiv” isn’t visible to me in Dornogal. I have also checked the old version of Gazlowe in Zuldazar (recommended by a GM) but I’m Alliance so I can’t interact with him. All the GMs (or the AI bot) refuse to actually help me and just give me the quest because that would be unfair (?), meanwhile I can’t even play the new patch because I can’t get to the new zone. Anyone that can help me?

Edit: I have 2 level 80s that were leveled using Timewalking Dungeons.

Look in your quest log window. I didnt get the starter quest either, but it appeared in my quest log window.

I checked and there’s nothing there. Apparently it is a common issue according to multiple GM’s, but as far as I can tell I have found 0 threads about this and there’s only 1 reddit post about it. So i’m not sure it’s as common as they claim.
