When the server came down it took my trinket with it

i won a roll for a trinket just when the servers droped sadly it never came to my mail
any idea what to do ?

Hate to bring bad news but GM these days tend to tell you “sorry but you will have to try for the loot again” They tend to not restore items anymore with exception to very few circumstances. Your situation they normally say no.
