Since this season is already dead by meta slavery and only DH tanks and discipline priest and unholy dks fire mages and balance druids in leader top.
When will season3 roll out ? Thats all i want to know.
Every season have a meta, so new season will just bring a new meta. Unless they make all classes and specs play exactly the same, there will always be a meta. So either accept that there will be meta or just stop playing.

in pvp the meta changes every week, due to balance changes
in PvE it doesnt change as often
Not the same but make them viable they could remake buffing in to auras in the dungeons that affect only in these dungeons when buffing / nerfing classes.
So a shadow could take less damage inside these dungeons compared to a disc priest etc.
If one is to believe last years update map or whatever it is called, the next season begins in july.

and balance around core rotation and talent tree

Cause they dont balance for the level where meta is relevant in pve. If you wanna aim for the 0,1% title range its gonne be a meta comp. I’d rather see them change so they give out the title based on each spec % instead of overall.

That i think is a good idea that blizzard should look in to.
There will always be a meta. Not sure how a new season will change that.
they could remove the tier system from dungeon content and make so its only viable for open world. and care about the classes again.

I personally would not like the removal of tier sets.
make them inside dungeons not be active only make them active outside of m+ content.
like challange mode Mop and Wod was.

Tier is readily available from all vault activities and the catalyst is there to convert any others. There is no reason to gate us from using it in M+.
personally i think even if shadowlands was bad in gear and tier it had one thing on this expack the tier wasn’t mitigated to 1% at the top game play.
Each to their own. Tier is fun, it varies our play slightly each season. It’s a good addition.
I don’t really see how tier causes issues in M plus either. It’s available to all.

There will always be a meta. Tier doesn’t need to be removed in any way.

I think so but time will tell it’s rather sloppy work all tanks has basically the same set thing activating their biggest defensive so of course DH tank will take the lead there.
Disc I think has a thing over other healers as well some sets are just plain silly as for shadow 3 sec pi doesn’t help compared to devouring damage in season 1.
So partly i agree and disagree but mostly i think the tiers are a reason why the 1% club this season is only allowed to be playing at a successful rate.
