what is broken about it?
Been using the mapster addon since 2019 in all classic versions, do dono what the default map do currently
occasionally messes up player coordinates so you see people in the sea or in other zones. It’s not 100% uptime bug it seems they might not even know how to reproduce the bug atm.
Its a 100% uptime bug.
You can see people on world map if they are in the same zone as you or in the same group as you.
If they are in a different zone (and zone layer i assume, thats why it became so broken) and in different raid group - you will see them on worldmap near Darnassus all the time.
Its repeatable anytime you join big raid and open map. Blizzard devs are just lazy interns, they dont know how to fix this sphagetti code from the older one guys who already fired or left.
