Are there any in lore that have them or any NPC?

I honestly can’t recall seeing one.

Why are they beardless.

Other games do let you do that. Some would also like the males to have the jewellery and make up options of the females.

Not the only one, there are some Hearthstone troll cards with a beard, allegedly W3 units etc.
