When Will You Fix Quests/Foam Sword Already?

Going back a week or two now, I leveled an alt almost exclusively through WoD content to pick up the achievements there.

It was all going well until some quests I encountered that require you to use items on weakened mobs. Foam Sword says ‘invalid target’ so I cannot use the toy to mortally wound the mobs. Now that I am level 50, Chromie time is disabled so I one shot these mobs and cannot wound them.

I try a GM ticket, and get a useless auto-reply that says ‘check Wowhead, make forum posts’ etc, completely disregarding my issue as bugged, but it does suggest to report a bug.

I do so, and report these quests (or the foam sword itself?) as bugged. I try today, and I still cannot use the foam sword on these mobs. I cannot complete the quest(s). It’s a pretty big deal because the quests are actually needed to unlock the salvage yard recipe, and are required to get the Spires of Arak chapters completed and the achivement there also.

The quests are: “Cured With Force”, “The Power of Poison”, and “Frenzied Manafeeders” that I have encountered so far, in WoD.

When will you fix these? Thanks.

They should stop making quests like that imo, They’re annoying even when you’re at the level they are aimed at, The amount of times I’ve killed mobs by accident on they quests is insane.

Thank you for sending in your reports, they really help a lot. This is something we are currently looking into. We don’t have an ETA which we can share, but we wanted to let you know that this hasn’t gone unnoticed.
