When you realize warmode is just a reward button

Let me tell you a story eh?

Be a lvl 51 BM hunter and quest in the Dustwallow Marsh.
You encounter 2 draenei who are 13 levels under.
After playing classic for 3 months I figured they would be easy honor points.
Engage a fight with them.
Realize you deal about the same amount of damage as a wind blowing into your face.
Try to run away, natrually they just mount to chase me down like an animal that I am.
Get killed cause of the healer finally stops his 1 buttonsmash healing.
Go to forums and post this HOPING someday warmode would be something else then “earn extra rewards” simulator.

Thank you for reading, sorry about the 4chan style of story but figured it’s easier to feel the pacing of things. Let’s all hope that warmode would be something else then just collect extra rewards button.

I mean you’re not wrong

You shouldn’t get any bonuses for being in warmode, thats like saying you get a 10% xp bonus if you do a dungeon instead of questing

Yep it’s so boring, since I used to play on a pvp server (Also think the Darksorrow was a pvp server before) but still my main was on a pvp server and now warmode feels like literal “free 10% xp lmao” button.

I do play warmode for the wrong reasons, i do it just to have a bigger rotation, you can pick 3 extra abillities! but if i get attacked i attack back pretty much

But now on top of that more people like me will show up bcuz 20% more xp & rewards makes my neck faster to gear up

EDIT : I often even meet people ( Both horde n ally ) that has a pocket holy paladin or healer with them because ‘‘I wAnT mOrE aZeRiTe Hurr durr’’
