Can’t find vendor, did they not add them? all sources are either outdated or straight up misleading

Idk if there’s a skip, if there is then you still need to reach the hub which should be available within the next two weeks (along with flying)
That said the vendor in Torghast also sells that BOA soul ash so you may try your luck there, unless the new system isn’t yet implemented in the game.
He doesn’t, that was the most annoying part of the misleading articles, the broker never sells them, even if you’ve done most of the questline, i tried multiple times on lvl 1-3

Spent alot of time looking for it today. Some people/guides said floor 9+ vendors the items, which isn’t true. People/guides said an NPC so spent ages looking, found nothing.
Turns out you need renown 44 for the 4th chapter to unlock bonesmith. He sells the item to trade in soul ash, and gems and raid related stuff. So we’re time gated a week on that aswell for catchup gear lol. And all the alts will need 44 renown and up to level 4 campaig done. Yet another stupidly annoying catch up system, really starting to annoy me now.
Last time I checked, the soul ash vendor is inside Torghast.
