So there used to be a “Media” gallery on the WoW website that had a lovely collection of official expansion wallpapers, patch artwork, Blizzard artwork, and even a cute fanart section. These were great because most of them had different resolutions.
Now all I can find is a few in-game screenshot wallpapers, and a few Shadowlands artwork wallpapers… I can’t even find the BfA ones anymore 
I also just liked browsing through them at work n stuff

more cost-cutting measures? it takes some $ to host so many HQ wallpapers on site i guess
I’m not sure if it was cost cutting but it all happened when the site was revamped, which is a long time ago now.

I realize the old stuff isn’t there but I didn’t expect them to remove Battle for Azeroth wallpaper artwork as well… 
It’s really sad. I hope they bring them back, or better yet, share more quality artwork (even if it’s just from the current expansion).
We used to have hundreds to browse through. I’m a huge fan of Blizzard’s art department, I’d love to see more of their work
Riot Games for example has an application called League Displays where they even share animated screensavers. They have hundreds of wallpapers and animations to choose from. I’d love it if Blizzard can provide something like this.
A lot of the geeky stuff went away with the transfer to new forums. We had some really old Gnomeregan Gnews Gnetwork vids, some radio holiday spoofs and a lot of fan art and screenshots back then.

A lot of them can still be found on google but it’s hit and miss what quality they are.
Yeah I actually have quite a few of them saved (not all though ).
But since I got a new monitor, I was hoping to find them in higher resolution.
