Where are my characters?

I have 3 accounts, 1 with 13 or 14 characters on it, one with 4, and one with 6.

The only one that actually logs in and shows characters is the one with 6 characters on it.

The others show a black field with all the button and panels in the correct place, an empty column for the characters, with the server name at the top, an active change realm button, that when I press it shows me the realms all with empty characters column. Tried logging in and out several times, yet still only the third account still shows me characters to login into.

Has your accounts database been sheared from the authentication servers?

I expect an answer to this telling me this is something you are aware of, but let’s face it - you’re not very good with expectations this week are you?

5 accounts at least 10 characters on each , now all gone!!

Same. Just thought I wanted to check out the game again after a long break. Downloaded the 20gb and bougth a subscription to find out that I have no characters to login with. I cant even create a new character, so payed for actually nothing. Dissapointed.

Same problem here, I can login to the game, then character select screen is pitch black and on realm select it seems I have no toons in any realms.

Blizzard I’d like my characters back please

They haven’t disappeared, just log into the right realm, it ain’t rocket sicence.

You may need to wait for the system to update.

i have changed to multiple realms but none of my chars are there, even tried to log a realm i have no chars on and can’t even create a fresh char!

yup i log in and got black screen, enter world and delete caracter are greyed out

Same Problem, right realm, right account, just black field where my characters usually are.

This is cringe, but no, you can’t.
No one wanted to sub thinking: let’s just give money and get nothing in return.
This is an extremely game breaking urgent issue.
You think Blizzard is gonna cross their arms and not do anything? just wait.

You mean you have NO IDEA what realm you play on?

it works perfectly well for me, once I choose the RIGHT REALM.

Interestingly the Forum still seems to know our characters

Same problem here, played 3 days ago and now I have a blank page with no characters what is going on here glad its not just me.
