Where are OR Whats Happened to the Cenarion Circle?!

I’m somewhat surprised that the Cenarion Circle do not have more of a main role in the story line in Battle for Azeroth. When I set out on my levelling journey from 110 to 120, I was expecting to see the Cenarion Circle all over the place trying to heal the land & restore nature from the effects of Azerite.

Also I would have expected to see the Cenarion Circle attempting to heal the land in Silithus as well as trying to establish a new base of operations in the area, after Cenarion Hold was pretty much, obliterated. I would have thought the Cenarion Circle would want to be keeping an eye on threats in & around Silithus. After all, C’thun isn’t dead… If Azerite is accumulating on the surface in Silithus, I wonder what could be happening nearby, both above & below ground in Ahn’Qiraj!

Why are they not more involved?!

They’re working with the diamond husband of the planet to keep it from dying outright, alongside the Earthern Ring. Together, they form the Champions of Azeroth. That’s about it.

See? We still work together! I want to remain in the Illidari faction which is much cooler cause we have no conflicts!

illidari are flying around the top of sargie’s sword, trying to make constant bet as to which ridged spike is the most edgiest.

And the ebon blade Knights compare their Runeblades’ edginess, so Both factions do something usefull for the world

If only Bolvar would get off his icy toilet o’doom and smite down Sylvanas. The 4 Horsemen should not be standing for this crap by her.

Then again, would the Ebon Blade care?

I know, we should give them cause to care. By putting a trail of sweets for her to follow that will inevitably fail but give her an enemy and a barely worked on class some more legwork.

"Hey, Sylvannas! I heard Death Knights are very good elite soldiers! You know, imagine if you could subjugate them under your will?

Pretty cool, right? Heh heh heh…"

I was wondering…

With Sylvanas and the Forsaken raising everyone and their mother left and right… Why aren’t the Ebon Blade doing the same?

I mean, having back up Horsemens and Deathlords would be neat as heck! Or just raising normal Undeaths to back up the Ebon Blade would be neat to.

I mean, the Forsaken are doing it without everyone turning against them, so why wouldn’t the Ebon Blade be able to pull it off?

Somehow I kinda expect this to happen with Blizzards Storytelling! D:

Cos we aren’t genocidal maniacs?

There are some DKs involved with the Blight sadly, at least at one of the Horde outposts.

Tl;dr the EB are not involved because we’d have put an end to Sylvanas, working with the Argent Crusade, CC, etc. etc.

He can’t…Same reason we can’t when we go to Icecrown Citadel and fight him.
“Right, that’s done, lets get out of here”
“Yes, lets”
“Hmm, There aren’t any stairs…That’s a bit of a design flaw”
“Don’t worry, there is that transportation pad, the one that got us up here! Look, there it is, lets go stand on it!”
“Excellent!”
The Heroes stand around a bit, looking at each other. Someone starts whistling distractedly

“Well…this is awkward, No stairs, no portal, well, at least we have our trusty aerial steeds, Huzzah, let us fly from here, like true Heros!”

“Hmm…this is…well, this is embarrassing, this has never happened to me before…they don’t seem to be…umm…arriving”

“Shall we just all hold each other and try again in five minutes?”

“This is -not- that kind of party…”

“Has…anyone asked Tyrion?”

“I did, he…doesn’t know…I think he was hoping we would have a bright idea on the subject”

“Well, we haven’t got a Mage with us so…”

“Honestly this is like the Battle of Mount Hyjal all over again”

“We either use our Hearthstones or…”

“Or?”
“Jump off the edge, plummet to our incredibly painful bone splintering death and hope the Spirit Healer will resurrect us?”

“That’s the Plan!?”

sighs

“Okay, lets go, Three- Two- One! Go!”

“Oh, wait guys I’ve just had an ide- Oh…oh dear…”

(Not that I am vexed by Dungeons and Raids that don’t allow you to leave them, -Shakes fist at Sunwell Plateau also- or anything, nope, not at all…Admittedly, its only a problem when you Solo 'em, to be fair)

I doubt that this is a known fact.
Also, since Cenarion Circle is made up from members of both Alliance and Horde, it may be in such a political tension that it leaves the organisation effectively paralyzed.

From scarlet crusaders to red dragons - KotEB have been raising new undead of various quality since WotLK to Legion.

Yeah, you just have a unquenchable need to brutally kill sentient creatures on a regular basis.

Edit.: Why did my post split into three separate posts?

Hey hey, the Ebon Blade accepts that our members are cray cray weapons of mass destruction with said need to kill. My point is that there is a big gulf in capability vs actions -officially- taken by the EB. The DKs are out there if you pay attention, from outposts to Darkshore Warfront etc. etc., but considering the firepower of Acherus…not much is being done.

Patch 8.2: Death knights are now removed from the playable classes are now only elite soldiers under Sylvanas.
