So I finished the 3rd zone of the TWW and for some reason no one wanted to give me quests for the two dungeons in it. Did it stop being tied to the main quests or did I miss something? Can someone help me pls?
Only a few dungeon quests are tied to questlines, a lot of them you will just find randomly at npcs or on posters hanging on walls. Some dungeon quests and side quests are only available after completing certain campaign chapters, and I honestly cant remember, but I think some dungeons dont even have a quest.
Its quite inconsistent when and how you get dungeon quests, the best you can do is continue your questlines and keep your eyes open as you travel arround the zones.
Do you really care? The dungeons are all like 3 minutes long.
I was wondering about that yesterday as I’d only been doing the campaign and a couple of optional stories too, so I went to wowhead to see if there are any I’ll come across.
Obviously the Rookery is done during the campaign, but we also get:
- The Brothers Braunpyke is the starter quest in Hallowfall, the chain ends with a quest to go into the dungeon itself.
*The two Azj’Kahet dungeons have quests offered from two nerubians just below the Weaver. Not sure how far along until they were offered to me.
*The Dawnbreaker: The Christening is a quest offered at lvl 80, but that’s all I know. I haven’t checked it out in game yet.
Good to know that now thank you very much.
Thankfully there aren’t many dungeon quests. Looks like Blizzard can do something right at least.
Dungeons are the best thing for me counting eevry expansion so far.
Yeah, there’s been a few on walls or from quests outside of the main story. Only know that as I’ve on my other character (main) have been clearing each zone and doing all the quests. (So far it gets you to renown 6 with said faction in that zone)
